Difficult Conversations:-
The time has come for all of us to be safely uncomfortable with having conversations about race, racism, social justice, and white privilege. However, stepping into this conversation can be REALLY scary! In this session we will talk about approaches to these conversations, assignments and activities we can do with our students, and resources to help us educate ourselves so we can help educate others. This is not just for members of the BIPOC community to discuss, rather we all shoulder this responsibility. The time has come and our students are watching. |
